I guess it's divided into 5 parts:
1) health - the fuel to do what you want to do
2) diet - kinda connected to health
3) wealth - financial stability
4) workout - physical gratification, feel good factor
5) soul - spiritual fulfillment
Well, for me..
1) damn i need to quit smoking fast!
2) well i eat ok. Eating smart sometimes do cost a little bit more.
3) Root cause of my unhappiness i guess. Hate this job that doesnt pay well.
4) On the right track. 3 strength + 2 cardio per week.
5) family - checked. love - kinda checked. friends - checked. what's missing? Jesus?
